Wiltfong and Newberg CB'd Corral to UGA. If that's any indication, Fields to UGA should be considered highly unlikely. I'd be more than ecstatic to land a 5-star QB after missing out on a 5-star QB

Absolutely. Tough to pull a kid out of Cali. Would be a great get for UGA. Not sure how Florida found themselves in his top 3 as he has never visited UF and we are only recruiting Fields.
I imagine if Fields winds up at Auburn or FSU we would push for Corral.

Honestly, Fields is my first choice since he's a Georgia boy and brings a different skill set that we haven't had in years but getting Corral instead would make the pain go away

I think Corral to UGA is likely. Visiting again in July probably so that timing would make sense

I definitely don't see Corral at Florida. Corral was linked to UGA months before there was a hint of him de-committing from USC. I think Florida is in mix simply because you guys seem to be in desperate need of QB so he is gonna check the school out.

Don't sleep on Alabama. They were pushing hard for Utah commit Jack Tuttle, but it sounds like USC has focused in on Tuttle now. He is from Cali. If Bama strikes out on Jack, they will be a tough competitor for Corral. We'll see what happens

USC staff on 247 just picked Corral to UGA.

If it was any other position than QB I would be worried about them, but it's not so UGA is good here. Bama is QB graveyard if you want to be a high pick.

Florida hasn't even been recruiting him, which is why it's so weird he put UF in his top 3

Rusty said he is close to putting in a CB for Fields to UGA. He indicated it could come Sunday. This QB situation is crazy right now...

I'm with you. I want to believe. His mama is so pro UGA and that's a big for us. Outside of that I don't see him coming to UGA.

Florida reporter Zach Abolverdi interviewed Justin Fields today, who said that Florida and Georgia are recruiting him the hardest, and FSU is recruiting him hard too.
Said he's looking forward to the trip to Florida and relaxing and hearing about things outside of football.
Hopefully as a UF fan, we nail this visit.

Well if we end up with Corral over Fields, I would really like for him to end up at FSU or back at Penn State

His sister is also going to be a scholarship athlete at UGA. I think UGA has STRONG family support.
I would not be shocked at all to see him choose UGA. If not I think we get Corral and Fields goes to FSU. UGA would still be sitting pretty and our rivals get nothing. Pretty good position to be in.

This has been one of the more interesting recruiting stories in May / June that I can remember. Decommit, secret visits, and confidence from every direction.

Visiting Florida with his mom starting tonight till Thursday. His mom has only been with him to Penn State before he committed.
