I loved Muschamp. He was my first choice to be our HC after we fired Tubbs (or made him resign, whichever one).
We needed Marcus Roberson last night. However, our coaches are fricking stuck on playing Chris Davis and Ryan White when they haven't shown they can cover anything.
It's so frustrating.

I was talking about the secondary. And so were you.
But my point still applies. You guys just don't have the talent that the elite of the SEC does. Plain and simple.

Roberson will be a 1st rounder IMO. Length, speed, cover skills, and tackles very well in space.

I don't think they were given the opportunity to cover anything. The problem I saw Saturday was people being out of position or playing too far off the ball. The sunshine pumpers blame it on youth. I blame it on Roof/Chiz.

Gene Chizik is your problem, not Ted Roof. Other than '04 Auburn, where has he had a defense that was any good at stopping teams from scoring? Even at Texas in 2005 his defenses had trouble stopping people. The offense, not the defense, was the strength on that team as well.

Yes, it is a lack of talent. You note that they give the WR a 10 yard cushion -- and that's true. But why are they giving a cushion? BECAUSE THEY CAN'T frickING COVER ANYBODY.

I know who we played. I'm going by all the video I've seen in practice and the 1st game, and making a prediction. He reminds me of dre kirkpatrick. You can tell how good a CB is against anyone really.
