Even Texas A&M, the worst rated defense in the SEC West has three 5 stars on D.

Auburn isn't special on D and they lost their starting QB. If Johnson was better than Nick Marshall, why was Johnson on the bench?

so many so-called experts

sec old timers are mostly hacks, the traditional powers SEC media types are too lazy to get with the times, they just do whatever is easiest for their minuscule brain power, when you consider Tam-may, Phillus, Deewayne or whatever to be good entertainment on a daily basis, you clearly aren't into "thinking", just too much work.

Muschamp might still be at Florida if he hadn't screwed his offense around to protect the D.

A high flying quick scoring offense will negatively affect a team's time of possession. That's not exactly a controversial stance, it's just a fact.

If Auburn scores in 2 minutes and the defense then forces a 3 and out, we will have the ball again; thus, we increase our time of possession with every quick defensive stop.

Because Nick Marshall was electric with the read-option and was a homerun threat every time. Jeremy Johnson is a much better all around QB.

I think when bringing nick in thag it was the plan for JJ to be the guy in 2014....but you can't sit a guy that took you to a championship game and was one of the most clutch players in recent memory
