you Bama fans can try to spin it as much as you want but losing 9 starters plus others is a huge deal. Your inexperienced defense and mainly secondary is going to lose you 2-3 games this year.

So you offer no retort in my response of Miles not being able to win another NC and instead take a shot at Ole Miss.

Classic example of deflection and a failure on your part.

Thanks for playing

Your mistake is thinking just because starters are being lost will make our defense inexperienced. Several places will be filled by players with experience. Namely the front seven.

Nobody is denying that the secondary is a concern, but with the amount of talent stockpiled at Bama atm, and the fact that Bama actually retained most of its coaching staff unlike some other teams, it's not something we Bama fans worry about too much.

It's not spin...it's the truth. Superior coaches + exceptional physically talented athletes will result in Bama being just fine.

Other teams and their fans should worry about wtf they're going to do to stop the Bama offense next season, which looks like it will be a damn juggernaut.

My top three are LSU, UF, and Bama.

LSU will be young but very talented.

Bama has to replace 9 and may reload, but when you put 9 new guys on the field, it may take several games before the chemistry is there no matter how talented they are.

Bama or either LSu will have the top defense.

Bama now has the athletes to match LSU, but LSU returns more starters and players improve the most in the second year of a system.

Bama doesn't really lose 9 starters. They upgrade in athleticism in their front 7 and have more talented, but extremely green secondary.

Barron is the only certainty for Bama's secondary.

South Carolina will have the best secondary in college football period.

If they can find a pass rusher of Norwoods caliber they could challenge for best in the SEC.
