No matter what, Rantards are going to base this argument on the AU-LSU game, the only game where AU's special teams weren't excellent, and LSU was unstoppable that game. Facts won't matter

So head to head comparison doesn't count? ok.....

Well, looking at the RBs thru LSU glasses, Tre Mason is going to be a beast and possibly one of the best in the conference.

Because of the bowl game. 7+ yds/carry. Very impressive

Makes sense. I mean we overrated TM7 before the season because of his performance in our bowl game and he turned out to be a complete flop, I have no clue how he got invited to New York for the Heisman ceremony.

I dont know how going through the comments that not everyone has put LSU as #1 for Special teams. Brad Wing our punter is amazing (check out his 80 yard punt from the Alabama game) we have a senior kicker and we have TM7 as our return man who took 1 and almost 2 ridiculous punt returns back for TDs in the SEC championship!

Mason and Mcaleb combined for 6 rushing TDs last year? I dont know who the other 3 are.

LSU's backs combined for 30 rushing TDs last year.

If yall lose Mason & Mcaleb to injuries, yall will rely on unproven freshman.

If LSU loses Ware & Ford to injuries, we stacked yall fricked.

This argument is really dumb by the way. Auburn isnt in the top 5 RB unit. I'm sure the only people who think otherwise are AU fans

Secondary- LSU (easier to just include the entire secondary than to break it down because everyone is losing somebody.

UF is returning everyone in the secondary... LSU will still be better than UF. I bet it is a second straight year with no preseason All-SEC players for UF.

LSU fans couldn't be more hypocritical if they tried. It's like clockwork.

Well, it is an LSU board. We are also coming off of one of the best seasons we've ever had and will field a team that could actually be more talented than last years. Throw in a qb that gives us some hope and that is a recipe for hypocracy and closed minded mentalities.

Nice logic and reason induced, fact-based response.

I'm sure Auburn's elite spec teams, running backs, DL, OL, and coaching will get them to .500 in SEC play

Of the Auburn RBs you quoted, only one will be a true freshmen this upcoming year.

Facts and stuff.
