I thought they were all suspended or kicked off the team.

The were second, but I have South Carolina being 1st. Clowney is about to blow up this year.

So LSU's RB's don't make your top three?

Not exactly.

I like Kenny Hillaird, but Ford, Ware, and Blue don't impress me. Let me stress that I really like Kenny Hilliard. If he has a good season, LSU will jump possibly up to #1, definitely 2 or 3. He didn't get enough touches last season, though.

You're insane. Or you don't watch enough LSU football. Being an Auburn fan, I can see why though. You get a pass.

I agree with your Clowney prediction though.

I'll take up for him on Ware and Blue. Ford was good, I was impressed. But with the hype Ware had preseason, he was very average. And I didn't see enough Blue to make an assessment. Hilliard and Ford are the best LSU backs IMO

Ford is pretty impressive. The other two didn't show me much. Hilliard is by far your best RB.

They're ot impressive to me.

I watched them play Auburn, Georgia, Alabama (x's 2), Tennessee, and State. That's 6 games right there. I watched them enough. I thought Ware would be special (I even spent a high draft pick on him with college fantasy football), but he has zero vision and no top end speed. Blue hasn't seen enough time at this point. And Ford is above average, but again nothing special. I really like Hilliard. As a whole, they complement each other well but not top 3 yet IMO.

What can I say, I'm used to seeing greatness at the RB positon. Caddy Williams, Ronnie Brown, Rudi Johnson, Kenny Irons, Mike Dyer, etc... RunningbackU.

Yup. Kid is special.

Ford is a very impressive running back. Ware had a great first season. He put on some weight and didn't have the year we expected. That being said, I think the Football+Baseball was too much for him. He looked for contact too much this past year in my opinion. Supposedly he has dropped some pounds this off season and is looking impressive. I agree with Hilliard and Ford being the best backs though. All 4 are different in style which keeps defenses on their toes. I'm very excited about seeing what Jeremy Hill can do. He very well could be our best back.

That Clowney video.... That poor Mississippi State running back. Damn, I feel for the kid. You know he caught hell from his coaching staff and players during the video session.

Also, not to be a homer, but right now I would take Lacy, Fowler, Hart, and Yeldon over Lattimore coming off major knee surgery and Wilds. That was a really nasty injury and chances are he won't be back to what he was, if he ever gets there again, until 2013. Plus, our OL should be the best Saban has had at Bama.

There were some LSU fans that refused to believe that Hilliard was our best RB recruit that year. And there is also a group that refuses to celebrate what we currently have and only looks to what might be better. I'm not saying that poster fits into either of those categories, but there is a large contingent that for whatever reason thinks Hill will be the best RB on the roster.

Auburn definitely had their fair share of great ones. I meant it more in a way that you may not watched much LSU football this past season.

The vision was disappointing. It's almost like he regressed. He looked unbelievable against Texas A&M in the Cotton Bowl. I do agree with you that he doesn't have the break away speed.

Definitely, and I had HIGH hopes for him...

Maybe he'll get better this season, but it looks as if he's getting passed over now by Ford and Hillard.
