Because the violations were the reason for the altercation between Miller/Tunsil that later lead to the alleged defamation?

Let's stop and think about how asinine this entire situation is. The guy is trying to prove what the fight is about when the only witnesses were his ex wife who he allegedly beat, and Tunsil, who he is suing. He is trying to claim damages based on his hurt reputation even though he is on welfare and his reputation has no quantifiable value. Never mind that he beat a different woman years ago and already had that reputation.

Well, I think we can deduce that Lindsay Miller is a shady character......But is Laremy Tunsil honest and trustworthy? And why the hell does Hugh Freeze give a rats arse what comes out in the deposition involving these two clowns?

actually no, it doesn't. if i think some random bit of of information may lead to something else that may be relevant, i can ask about it. it's fair game. relevance isn't even a proper objection at a deposition. but i'd love to hear about all the depositions you've conducted....

He admitted to faking a limp in an attempt to get disability last time he was in court. What else might you call that?

The only chance Ole Miss has now is to redeploy ZenaReb and hope she hasn't lost her touch.

So still can't even say what they found specifically with all your knowledge. And next year it will be in 2018.

I'm sure Lord Saban and all the other coaches in the country would be glad to step up and testify in a lawsuit between an ex player and his mother's husband about a shoving match, to which the coach isn't a witness.

So if they found out they were fools once the investigation started means the first NOA is going to have paid for play and serious infractions by the current staff. We will find out at the end of the month.

Or magically that stuff will be moved to the second letter for some made up reason.

We already know there were violations. He was suspended 7 games. How can specifics of the violations be relevant to a defamation lawsuit? Keep in mind this guys lawyer is a State fan based out of Starkville and will undoubtedly ask stupid shite if allowed.

Bruh.

Miller allegedly calling Tunsil out on NCAA violations is what started the entire altercation. It's very simple; if they are the same violations and Freeze was honest with the NCAA about them, then he has nothing to hide. If they are separate violations, like we all know they are, then Freeze will have to say what he knows under oath.

The details, and severity, of the violations paint the picture as to why Freeze would be motivated to make a public statement saying he believed Tunsil was just defending his mother. He's indirectly accusing Miller of domestic abuse, and it was incredibly dumb on Freeze's part to say that. A good lawyer will definitely argue Freeze and Tunsil were defaming Miller to destroy his credibility, making him appear to be a woman beater grasping at straws.

Yeah I see some thing like 14 to 10 schollys over 3 or 4 years. But it really depends on the Saunders infractions. If they are not as bad as ULL and if big if because I don't know but if it was self reported then we get under 10.

surely Shirley, you are not serious. people are not transparent any more; that is if they ever were. telling the truth puts you in jail (as opposed to setting you free).
