Unfortunately, depositions don't work like that. His lawyer can object on the record to questions asked and the judge can later decide whether to allow them into evidence, but he has to answer in most cases...so I am told.
The court can decide whether the Q&As are relevant or not.

The saddest thing of all is that Freeze still has a job and the Board of Directors of the school are putting up with it. Does anybody with any authority at that place even care? It's insane.

Anybody know if Freeze got bonuses for the Sugar Bowl win or getting 10 wins? Just wondering how much money Ole Miss will come after him for once the Sugar Bowl win is vacated.

I dont know why Freeze doesn't just come clean. The simple fact the step dad wants Freeze's testimony to support HIS case and not the druggie's case tells me all I need to know. The fight was, in fact, over the step dad's problems with the extra benefits and everyone with a brain knows that. Ole Miss is dead in the water
