Having the same fate as this guy

I hope the judge is an MSU grad. we will see freeze in court for sure then.

That his team isn't full of God's round 1 draft picks.

That is curious for such a transparent and devout guy.

Why would he testify for Lindsay Miller, the guy who's been trying to burn his program down since August?

So what are OM's penalties gonna be? 9 over 3 right?

I thought Freeze was a "the truth will set you free" type of guy. What happened?
Posted on 5/11/16 at 3:17 pm to EC Reb
The court is going to laugh at Freeze if he attempts to refuse to testify for that reason

a subpoena, if necessary, won't care about whether or not Freeze wants to testify. Then they can hold him in contempt of court if he still refuses to testify.

Has he said anything like "Only God can judge me!" yet?
Only guilty people say that.
Only guilty people say that.

He knows they are dirty and is buying time.

That's why he is fighting it legally because he doesn't want to do anything that would help that guy and his attorney said this might work. Why not try it?

But Freeze doesn't want that to happen -- and has filed court docs to block the deposition -- in part because "at this time, the NCAA is considering allegations against the University and its football program, including allegations related to [Tunsil]." He does not expand on the allegations. Freeze says he's concerned that any information from the deposition could be accessed by NCAA investigators and possibly used against him ... and he doesn't believe that's fair. If the judge DOES force Freeze to testify, he at least wants the transcripts sealed to prevent the NCAA from getting their hands on it.
Well no shite Hugh!
To me he is as much admitting that there are violations that will surely cost the football program

I'm not saying he's dumb for trying it. I'm just saying his chance at success are slim to none

I bet you won't see him in court. Depositions are rarely done in court.

Is winning a few football games really worth Jesus sending Hugh to hell over this?

I'd respect that reason much more than this one:

I thought that Freeze couldn't wait to tell his side of things? Though they were going to be transparent with everything?
