Plus, for those criticizing him how has he handled himself since all this came out. How you handle adversity is what makes you a man but some of you lads aren't old enough to have figured that out yet

So what makes you a man is how you handle the adversity you create for yourself by repeatedly cheating on your wife and maintaining a secret second family. Got it.

So now you know - if you want respect, go out and do a lot of a-hole-type stuff. People have to respect you if you then stop doing those things.

Once again link to where you people are pulling these "facts" out of your arse.

LINK

That says Hoover is #7. If you really think there is much difference between #7 and Homewood at #1 then you're a damn fool.

Btw Chelsea HS is all the way down at #79. My girlfriend graduated from Chelsea and her little sister goes there now so when you said they were ranked ahead of Hoover I knew you were full of shite.

ETA:

It's pretty damn sad that you guys are so jealous that Hoover probably beat your HS by 10 TDs that you have to make up lies to try and downplay it and make yourself feel better. Yall are acting like Arkansas fans when Gus is brought up.
Dude I picture you as front row to every high school game and being an absolute arse to your kid when/if he ever plays. Kinda like Tim Mcgraw in Friday Night Lights

That's BS and I know that for a fact. Chad Jackson lived in the same neighborhood as one of my best friends going back to at least when he was at Simmons Middle School. Not in an apartment either, in a house in a neighborhood. The Jacksons used to watch my friend and Chad would come outside and throw the football to us when we played jeapordy.

You don't know this.

And for the record, the high school I graduated from went out and hired the WR coach from Hoover as head coach. He had great success in his first year at Hillcrest. You won't hear me arguing that Hoover doesn't know how to build a program. But they've cheated for years now and that started with Propst's arrival.

Is it hard to post on the internet while you're simultaneously ski-poling Rush Propst?

would take a guy like Probst over a guy like Nibblett any day. I'm not hiring a coach for his private life, I'm hiring him to win games and develop players and young men.

this is high school...kids need a role model. someone who is both knowledgeable and ethical. winning isn't everything at this stage.

JC Curtis is nothing but a football factory. They illegally recruit players and give them scholarships for "academics" and bullshite, juice up on steroids, and are about as dirty as they come.

sounds a lot like Madison Academy

This doesn't really count when the adversity is created by your own shitty moral compass. Now, had his wife left him for no reason, or she died, or some terrible thing happened at some point in his life, and he overcame it to be a leader of young men, that's what makes him a man.

Owning up to being a piece of shite for what seems to be a long history of being a piece of shite does nothing but make him a fractionally lesser piece of shite.

John Curtis is a 2A school. Hoover High School is 7A.

Well Curtis beat Hoover so I think that shows the competition argument is pretty hollow. Hell, Curtis has more national titles as well

As someone just a little over 2 years from starting his 5th decade, I can tell you that sir is utter bullshait.

Reacting in a socially acceptable way when you're caught just means you've got good crisis management skills. What makes you a man is having the moral fabric to do what's right when nobody's looking so that you don't have to face those forms of adversity.

Again, JC is a private school that recruits. Hoover High isn't even the only HS is Hoover. JC plays against 160 lb lineman.

Once again you are trying to act like Curtis accomplishments are less. They beat Hoover at Hoover. Stop acting like they win because of competition

Nope. Their players are scrutinized by every coach in the area. They haven't been able to get away with that in years.
