true, but raising our tuition a couple of thousand would benefit the university substantially.

We are consistentlly ranked in the top 40 nationally for value. LSU offers a lot of great programs, but what we're weak in, we're horrific

I know. Surprises everyone when you aren't willing to rack up stupid debt to go to a semi-selective and overpriced state school.

If Alabama counted students like A&M, we could claim 58,000 in the University of Alabama system.

These statistics don't matter, Mississippi State is more selective in its admission standards whereas schools such as Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Georgia, and LSU advertise to the lowest common denominator.

So this Auburn fan brings up academics and being progressive? Didn't several of your "bell cow" programs / schools within your university lose accreditation awhile back? Google "Auburn loses accreditation" and while your at it, check out the klan rally pic on our campus in which one of your fans was a participant sporting an Auburn hat. Proud of our students for uniting and running that trash off our campus.

Hell yeah. Damn right! You can't get the same quality of education, quality of life, and ease of admissions anywhere else. What's wrong with that?

Eh, those numbers aren't for the entire system.

As stated the main campus is 53K anyway. Not the 59K including satellites of the main campus. It's not completely a semantic difference, as Qatar and Galveston get A&M diplomas and rings. The system schools do not. Like A&M Kingsville etc...

The system itself has 114,000. (As of 2011) And that's more than likely far lower than the UT System numbers.

Wasn't there some racist incidents on Ole Miss campus just this year? I don't think any Auburn fans were involved either

13 percent said OM was second choice.

So which schools lost accreditation and when? Engineering? Did you almost lose accreditation or were you put on probation?

Like I said we ran that trash off our campus. Couldn't keep the Aubie away unfortunately. Merica and all.

Uhhh...ok

I think you're a little confused. The A&M system has 131,000. Our main campus has 53,337.
