Now Lee Cty will get to foot his medical bills until trial.
Judge should just order him to do the following for punishment and then be the end of it:
Purchase himself...enough rolls of charmin to hand write...I'm sorry I poisoned your trees, Harvey...to every living au alumni and mail it to them. With one roll left for him to write a 500 line/ply report of why he did it, to be displayed in the Au toilet paper museum.

And there is the loop hole. Of course, they will find ihm crazyand unfit for trial. The case will be dismissed and the school will not recieve any compensation for damages.

To be honest, I'd almost get more of a kick if ole harvey had to spend the rest of his life locked up in a looney bin. Just the amount of paranoia and crazy fricks surrounding him for the rest of his days would be funny as frick. Sitting in a chair in a corner of a room while tards run around him screaming and headbutting walls.
