I was just given Lubbock last year for my work territory. Been out there 4 times since.

Its odd as shite. I will say this, the people there are very nice. Salt of the earth. They love Lubbock

I dont mind it in a weird way. With that said, you couldnt pay me enough to move there.

Sidenote- I also was given El Paso- Very underrated city

"Lubbock, Tx: It's like Iraq, but with more STDs."

Kinda has a nice ring to it.

I lived in Lubbock for a few years as a kid and I still have family there. I know it's popular to make fun of, but I think it's a fun little city.

It's certainly not for everyone though. If you don't like it when you get there, it won't ever really win you over, so I'm sure Tubs feelings are genuine.

He really IS a jerk. When he took his next assignment in Cincinnati, he left Lubbock in the middle of the night without addressing the Raider team

Lubbock is a nice small city. If it wasn't out in the middle of nowhere, I would live there, no problem.

Yeah I don't mind it either. Easy to get around, good food and bars, and lots of women

Tubs is a big jerk. They too a chance on him and he screws them over in the middle of the night and then talks shite about them. Show some class

College Station seems like French Polynesia with the women when compared to Lubbock.

they are both nothing to get excited about... Aggies will pick CStation and for everyone else in the state it's Lubbock just so they don't have be around Aggies. East Texans or Houstonites being a possible exception.

Tommy Tuberville was in such a rush to leave Texas Tech that he didn't even have time to finish his dinner.

Junior college offensive lineman Devonte Danzey, who was in Lubbock for an official visit last weekend, told the recruiting site Wreckem247.com that Tuberville stepped away from a dinner with several recruits and assistant coaches Friday night and never returned. Saturday morning, Tuberville surprised many by accepting an offer to become Cincinnati's coach.

Starkville is the only one that may be as bad. The rest are all better, some much much better.

It's not that bad and Tuberville is a classless tool.

Aren't the Texas Tech fans the worst of all time?

Aggies, tell me about the Texas Tech faithful.

They're like LSU fans when it comes to IQ level, but they throw batteries & tortillas in higher number than piss balloons. About as trashy as you get.

Then their fanbase claimed it was Aggies who did it to their self to frame them.

These guys are complete fricking morons.
