You're unclear whether this thread referenced an article? That's a whole new level of stupidity

I watched the replay of last years game between LSU and A&M the other night. Never once on hear herd about the great Miles Garret on here about that game. Now I know why, he got abused by LSU's line. L Collins pancaked him twice

To put it in a way you will understand, Garrett had more tackles, TFL and sacks as a true freshman (and didn't play 1.5 games due to injury), than either Mingo or Montgomery had as juniors and y'all crown those two as the epitome of what a college DE should be (and rightly so, as those guys are great).

Welcome to Chavis ball...and that's no bullshite. His defensive scheme is to contain, not be upfield rushers. It's why JFF always struggled against LSU, and power running games gave us fits. It's gonna seem weird to you folks when he isn't getting many sacks this year. Good luck!

Pot meet kettle. All you really do is troll, and not recognizing that the OP came from an article was particularly high on the stupidity scale.

You must not have watched a lot of the games last year. It doesn't show up on the stat sheet all the time. There were a lot of sacks and TFL by the team that happened because Myles was taking on double teams or keeping his side contained. He was dominant. If all you are looking at is the number of sacks he had then you don't know football very well.

I guess the fact that most teams lined up and ran the ball right at him, with great success, is irrelevant?

Except that didn't happen no matter how many times you say it.

Impressive.

I think you should email Feldman.

That power clean is just nasty.

It became that after your fellow Ag stated that Garrett "had 10 more QB hurries than the closest swamp kitten".

Also, I'm not making up aTm rushing D stats.

Rice - 240
Arkansas - 285
State - 280
Alabama - 298
AU - 363
Missouri - 335
LSU - 384

ETA: I watched LSU, Bama & Arky run it right at him more often than not.

Yep, our rushing defense sucked last year. You'll get no argument from me on that point. Howver, that's not what you said.

Laugh all you want.. Guice was power cleaning 350 in H.S. and was laser timed at 4.43 in the fall.

My prayers to out to those poor Aggie DBs who have to try to tackle him.
