I love Chubb, but guys like him aren't as rare as bigger guys like L Carter 6-6 who can move and still gain muscle mass. Chubb is about maxed out physically, although in the NFL he could gain another 10 or so lbs. But guys his size aren't as rare.

Here are some similar guys who are big compared to height, fast, and can jump. Most are also just from this pass class, so I didn't research it much further as it easily proves the point.
