Texas is a talent rich state. He should have no problem meeting the roster needs at UTx. Not trolling. No bullshite. Right?

quote:Troy's pretty much done with this stuff now. He got the proposal passed through the rules committee. Now it's up to the oversight committee to review it and vote on the 6th.
I am not at all certain this is over yet.
Troy Calhoun's statement's have been conflicting, and clearly he is just the front man (and fall guy) for those behind the curtain.

Oh my, you are a homer.
Tell me more about how AU is going to dominate while heckling fans similarly pointing out optimistic points for their own team.

This month has been awful with every fan base except vandy melting and simultaneously accusing one another of melting. In-melt-tion

More plays = More possible injuries. Dont need any numbers to prove that.
In that case, let's just have a running clock. Plus, no playoffs. Can't risk more plays.

If only Ole Miss were fast. This year will be what, 11 straight losses to Bama?

Have your coach get it done

If they did enough why did they give up largely more than their average on the season. Seems to me the offense did fairly on par with their seasons and the defense vastly under performed in those games
I would not presume that 4 missed FGs (1 game) and 8 turnovers (2 games) was "on par". Other games the offense scored about the same amount of points, but on less yards and less failed drives, because those offenses held the ball longer.
They still did enough. If Cade is 3/3, then Bama wins by 9. Without the turnovers against OU and Texas A&M, they likely win. It's not an idea of "moral victories" or anything else, but that the defense just being completely ran over by those offenses is a misnomer and a gross oversimplification of the games. None of these were bad teams either - it's not like we should have blown any of them away by 30.

You said that it was a done deal this year. Are you now craw fishing like Troy?

Is Alabama going to turn down a spot in the playoffs if they are selected?
More plays and what not
