Hey I completely understand your plight. I gained 100 pounds after I quit smoking. It's tough to lose. I do try and walk everyday during my lunch, my Achilles heel is I enjoy my beer. I could easily down 6 after work each day. I have cut back a lot in that area lately. I am, however, happier being 100 pounds over weight and a non smoker than I was at 200 pounds and smoking. I'd say it's a good trade off. Good luck to ya and keep the faith.
