Les would be perfect for UT ... sort of like SC did by hiring Holtz and then Spurrier. Hire a legend, get over the bravo sierra, move on and compete. Establish a willingness to compete (for Tennessee "again") because you cannot become stagnant in this region or in the conference. And Tennessee is dangerously close to being subpar for twenty (20) years if they are not very careful.

I was in a Weigels bathroom a couple of weeks ago on Cedar Bluff (Knoxville) and saw written on one of the drop ceiling tiles:

"Fire Butch
Hire Miles"

Laughed at the thought of it happening, but would absolutely love it. It'd be amazing to witness.
