WR: Returning vet Kennedy surrounded by absolutely sick talent, including 2 players that arguably were the 2 best WR prospects the last 2 years (RSJ and Noil). Also have Nacho who is a 6'7 Mike Evans starter kit and Cam Clear at TE that is a 6'6 280 lb monster that can catch and run. Just get the ball to these guys in space and let them go.

Optimism is great and all but A&M lost 3 of thier Top 4 WRs form last year and JaQuay Williams. They have 1 proven commodity.

And yet I expect overall better WR play this season.

Speedy is legit, I think LaQuvionte will have a better year, and we will have a better running gaming that will relieve some of the pressure.

Mike was an awesome fit for JFF's style of backyard football, but this year we will become more like a well oiled machine on offense.

Def agree with this.

I bet there is a lot of running that first game.

Without a doubt.
Not only is the talent there; but we'll be easing in a new QB.
Several options--a good thing, post-JFF

Yup.

Our backs are legit. Truthfully, they didn't get as many touches as they should have last year because of Johnny ball (which we needed just to stay in most games thanks to our porous defense).

Ole Miss will force no less than 4 turnovers in College Station. With no JFF to counter, and Kyle Allen's slow arse pulling turn out of his teeth between plays, OM wins by at least 2 TDs.

I will admit, Johnny was not fun to play against..

I think JFF was a lot of fun to play against. the guy was more elusive than Michael Vick, had better field vision than any QB I've seen and had a cannon for an arm. I think every NFL team that passed on him in the draft are gonna be sorry.

I will miss him in the SEC as he was the most entertaining player in the conference.

Lulz.

OM will take their annual loss to A&M and like it.

Per par.

Wins and Losses will be defined by amount of improvement the defense makes.

QB is not a concern. We have good RBs and a good OL.

Its true. You can't build a program on "Step 1: Have a JFF at QB." Eventually you have to spread around the playmaking.

It would seem like stepping into the starting QB job at A&M would be tough but it seems like QBs in the Air Raid system tend to do just fine starting out.

That could be function of coaching or the offense but whoever is the QB is going to put up yards and TDs regardless of his age IMO.

I get that but to say you are not concerned with the QB situation is beyond me. Your choices are a true freshman or a red shirt freshman...neither have played and this is the SEC.

Matthew Stafford, another DFW HS product, was the #1 pick in the draft but his first year he flat out sucked.
