So a three loss team is losing TEN underclassmen to the draft. Only two possible conclusions can be drawn here.
1) The coaching staff must be terrible if they lost THREE games with a team that had enough talent to have TEN underclassmen declare for the NFL, or...
2) There is something seriously wrong with morale around the football program to have guys jumping ship like that(just look at where they're projected to go in the draft for your answer).
Something ain't right....and y'all know it!
I'm guessing #2.

Right now its going to be crowded in Hotlanta the first saturday in December...looks like east winner will be playing Bama, LSU & A&M at the same time?

Our punting situation may have cost us 2 games this year. And for sure cost us the LSU game.
We have a new aussie lined up actually. He played the bowl game and played great. He is just as good as Wing.

Like so many others, I'm not going to downplay losing so many quality athletes. Not good any way you spin it.

Its clearly #1.
We outplayed Bama but our coaches let us down with that defense with 1:30 left.
We had the worst offensive gameplan I've seen in years (other than 1/9/12) against a UF team that I still think we are better than.
Our players nor coaches cared about the Peach Bowl. It was a letdown to be in such a shitty bowl and Clemson came ready to play.
We beat A&M at their place and beat USC.
LSU will be fine on defense always with our talent and coaching. Same as Bama. Our offense was our weak spot and they basically all return so logic says they should be a little bit improved.

Those are the real losses. The rest dont matter. I do think those are significant losses. But making it sound like lsu lost 10 critical players is overselling it.

You are a reasonable poster. All of college football lost just 65 players to coming out early last year, and we're expected to believe that TEN off one team doesn't send up red flags??? Man, please!!!

Yes LSU will experience no drop off on D you are completely right, I guess M&M really should have been backups

First off, I never said we wouldn't have a drop off. But it will be a lot smaller than people think. Our LB's and secondary will be better next year.
Mingo was in the wrong system and didn't do much this year. Reid had a mediocre year. Big Sam and Logan are the 2 biggest losses.
I can't wait to beat that aggie arse in Baton Rouge.
I am predicting 2 losses. @Bama and @Ole Miss in an upset. They always play us close.
