You are probably the only person I've heard touting Cordova's virtues in the last 10 years.
Sure you can go off of Sanga and find some nice areas, but the only reason I hear of people living there now is because you can get property on the cheap, or people are so far upside down in their homes that they can't sell.
If I were single, I would be in midtown, East Memphis, or downtown.

im not trying to settle down and start a family right now? I'm not even married yet. I just didn't want to live downtown or midtown and be right in the middle of all that foolishness. Cordova suites me fine. Absolutely no issues for me.

I know. We lived there in the late 80's and 90's when it wasn't bad, but it was still never some ultra nice suburb. I would NEVER recommend for someone to move there now.

Wasn't it nice a long time ago though? I always thought Countrywood and the actual old town part were at some point.
