I don't even change the oil in my own car, peasant. I have to take it to BMW roadshow on G-town parkway.

Yeah in Cordova. I love it here, I'm sure you'd enjoy it.

That's where my gf's parents live I think. I'm probably going to start job hunting after the new year.

Realist, don't believe him about Cordova. You don't want to live in Cordova.

Why not?

ETA: I was born and raised in Collierville. I see them interchangeable for the most part. Collierville has higher property taxes.

It's steadily gone downhill since being annexed in to Memphis. I lived there growing up, and it's not the same at all anymore. It's turning into the next Hickory Hill in some areas.

Have family in the Germantown/Cordova area. Love that area.

My dad is just on the onside of the last Memphis Annexation. It's funny....every time Memphis annexes an area...people move further outwards.

True but for a young finance professional, it's not bad living in a nice, low crime neighborhood 4.5 miles from my office.

I lived close to Bellvue growing up, so I'm very familiar with that area.

I double majored in finance and economics. I have a few clients that work in the investment department for Evolve Bank and Trust here. Great bank and great rep. I could give some contact info if you are serious.
