Property rights are the most basic of natural rights. They encompass all other rights

property rights are also things that have been legislated. if you wanted to speak in philosophical terms, you may want to address that at the start of your argument, not the end

People try to sue for anything . It's just another way to get free money. I heard earlier week that woman is trying to sue MJ and Nike cause her son got killed over a pair of Jordans

I'm sorry you misunderstood my argument.

most people don't ever sue anyone, but shite happens sometimes. that doesn't make lawsuits, in general, wrong

Whether it was clear or you misunderstood is irrelevant to the merits of the argument.

ok, so then is your argument that undefined natural rights should trump clearly defined laws?
Posted on 4/28/16 at 11:56 am to lsufball19
The goal of defined, written laws is to be harmonious with and to protect natural rights.

It's all fricking stupid and childish.
As a nation we are currently making laws so that all sorts of people don't get their fricking feelings hurt, and the shite changes daily to accommodate what outcome we want for each individual situation.
All this.

that's not what happened. she put the cup between her legs and it spilled when she tried to open the lid. she also had third degree burns, was in the hospital for 8 days, had skin grafting, and has permanent disfigurement. but i don't know why he's posting random lawsuits to argue that lawsuits, in general, are unjust. yes frivolous lawsuits happen. just lawsuits happen ALL THE TIME as well.
