Since we're going all wiki, here's one with an actual citation showing that North Alabama was coed 19 years BEFORE Auburn. That's in 1873, a full 19 years before Auburn's claim.

I said UA became coeducational in the fall of 1892, the same academic period that Auburn did. I never once claimed it was first.
Auburn claims to be first in the state, but UNA says that's not true. Their claim, not mine. Either their propaganda ministers have it wrong, or yours do.
