This. Also, I'm not really sure what makes Kirby actually a better candidate than Bobo. I don't want to hire either of them, but Bobo is basically just as qualified.

I really don't get this. Bobo has been a pretty solid coach. He may call a questionable play every now and then, but all coaches do that.
