Very rare to see an ast get fired mid season.

State fans will eat a shite sandwich in football or basketball to an extent but not in baseball

The greatest coach in your program’s history couldn’t win a championship in 40 years. Y’all will fire a guy 2 years after he actually wins one?

Polk had 5 SEC championships, 5 SEC tournament championships, 23 regional appearances and 8 CWS appearances. He had one losing season.

It’s looking like Lemonis won with Cannizzaros players but cannot maintain consistency. There is zero excuse to not make a regional at MSU in back to back years. None

I think everyone is overlooking the aid that Dr. Fauci provided during that title run. His statue should be erected outside of the Dude

Having injuries early last year, I have wondered if we changed our approach this year that left the pitchers unprepared. Just seems like our pitchers were not ready when the season started and have had trouble finding any confidence.

But the pitching is bad.

It's more than just pitching. Worst defense in the SEC. Hunter Hines is probably the only infielder that would start at an SEC school. The catchers have thrown out like 4 out of 50 stolen base attempts. Other than hitting it's a shite show.

Let stay for one year with these provisions. (1)Meet with accredited addictions counselor once a week for 52 straight weeks. (2) Submit to 50 random piss tests within same year.

Amani Larry has been solid at 2nd base. Mershon at SS has been good. Forsythe was the SS getting a ton of errors but that’s improved since he was benched for the Freshman Mershon

3B has been meh though. Our team has a ton of talented players but it’s messy. It’s like we went after highly ranked recruits without looking at our needs and are sticking players in positions they aren’t built for. Pitching staff is same way. We have no clear starters that are better than the rest, and we have no true closer. Just a bunch of guys who have talent but aren’t developed and have no clear role

The culture is off. Lemonis just rubs his chest and sits on a 5 gallon bucket all game. Firing foxhall won’t save this program. Two postseasons missed is just completely unacceptable and now that Cohen is gone and we have proven ourselves on the national stage, I bet we get more interest this time around.

We have plenty of hitters. Hines has 21 HR's as a Soph. Our pitchers have been messed with I think. Maybe there's more of a power hitting trend that's affected Foxhall's philosophy. We will see who Lemonis brings in. He probably gets another year, but I wouldn't bet on it.

I'm not sure we'd hire him again. He destroyed our bullpen.
