If there is any guy on our D that has earned the right to talk shite it's Ford. Guy has been a stud so far this season. But it really isn't that much of a shite talk. They remember LF from last season & they held him to like 40 yds. New year & I doubt we see that again but I understand where he is coming from

Love how people hate coach speak & boring pressers but whenever kids answer honestly people lose their shite

Also doubt LF needs any motivation. Its SEC football in Death Valley against another top 25 team. He probably doesn't care what Ford says or thinks

Why is it people only want to use a few words out of a repspnse from the kid to try and make it like he was personally challenging LF? You have to look really hard to find the whole sentence out there. I hate Auburn as bad as anyone but there is nothing wrong with the complete response.

quote:

"That shouldn't be difficult (or) that much of a challenge" Ford said. "We've got a great front seven and even on the back end, we're all going to be ready to tackle, but our biggest thing is our energy level. Soon as we get off that bus, we're ready to attack. Don't take anything lightly. We all got to be ready to go."

Never give the other team extra motivation.

Makes sense. I think we were able to get into prevent before half time.

Exactly I had a feeling this was taken out of context. Rudy is a kid that you would want on your team. He came in as a 3 star speed back and was asked to move to saftey. He has never gotten into trouble once while at auburn. He is at the complex all the time watching film and doing the things he needs to do to become a better player. It has shown also from when he started at and to where he is now.

This. He still said stopping Fournette "shouldn't be a problem or much of a challenge".
