It's really gotten to the point where I just feel bad for this guy. I don't think he's trying to troll, I think he genuinely just has nothing more exciting in life than the possibility of Ole Miss getting in trouble. I gotta tell you, I just don't think your life is going to get that much better if our football team loses scholarships or has to vacate wins.

You guys are aware this is the 'booster' that was disassociated from the MSU program and the reason Redmond was suspended for 18 games.
I mean hell, he could be correct with all this info. He does have experience with the NCAA and getting caught after all.

Why are you pushing this story?
The only thing that makes sense is a hope that it, in some way, might be a negative influence on some recruit(s) this person is afraid OM may get.

Fully aware of who he is (IRL even), amazing how he goes on and on about us cheating, when he was the one caught doing it. That is part of the EliteDawgs humor and enjoyment.
Hack is a force over there and people trust him as a source, yet he has been disassociated from MSU. It is amazing.
C34s "IT" has been 3-5 different things at this point, however the best "IT" he claimed was the infamous poot noises. I cannot believe people still take as a source after that. Mississippi really is a backward state and the most sad among them go to ED.

I just want to know what Ole Miss booster's wife fricked the investigators to keep you so strung out on this.
She goes by XenaReb AKA Julie Gibert.

Isn't he the one that did the most msu way of cheating ever and give a discount on a used mustang? Or was that another proven instance of msu cheating?

OleMiss has a whole new regime now.

There is no need in starting another thread. I will just keep everything in this one.
ULL has filed suit against ACT inc. Looks like the 5th can not be taken
Crager worked for ACT. During the NCAA investigation she has refused to co-operate except to say she didn't do anything.
Saunders refused to respond to the NCAA several times and refused requests by ULL to allow them to see records of who paid for the tests.
Where as the NCAA does not have the ability to subpoena and force those 2 to talk, this lawsuit can. It's a civil not criminal case. Taking the 5th will not work.
So the Suit mentions her by name..... and she won't be able to hide.

UL President E. Joseph Savoie said in a prepared statement. "This is bigger than the Ragin’ Cajuns. This is bigger than college football. The credibility of college readiness test administration significantly affects higher education and needs to be addressed."

The suit alleges ACT administrator Ginny Crager doctored answer sheets for prospective student athletes and that ACT, Inc., "failed to take reasonable precautions to ensure the validity of the test scores it reported."
So the Suit mentions her by name..... and she won't be able to hide.
