Saban isn't going anywhere. There is no reason to leave a program you have rolling like no other to go fix some shitty Big 12/Pac 10 team. Especially at his age.

Saban's not going anywhere short of Bama getting bent over by the NCAA. The coaching changed board will be fun this year though. Ole Miss gonna have some tight buttholes if they keep winning.

USC? As much as he hates intruding boosters and agents? He would have a much more difficult time dealing with them at USC than he does here

A lot of the Bama responses on this thread are similar to the ones LSU fans had in 2000-20004. Who knows, maybe you're right this time. But I've already seen this scenario play out once.

The best part about this thread is you can see that those who keep talking about Saban leaving are really praying, hoping, wishing that what they says come true.

They know deep down that is the only way they have a chance against this Bama. Saban HAS to leave.

Pretty much they just don't believe in their own team.

Yeah but this has also been said from the moment he stepped off the plane. He has never stayed any place more than 5 years. He will be gone in 3.

The difference is that LSU fans had no reason to believe that.

How is The University supposed to be able to know about an agent using a former Bama player to give money to a current player? The god damn agent is the one who should get PUNISHED. But it's the fans that get punished. Just like as a LSU fan you can't control those happenings but you'd get the punishment if that happened in Baton Rouge.

Bama isnt gonna get touched by NCAA....unless it can be proved that coaching staff KNEW of agents making deals with players (ala UNC)....its not a big deal.

$$ isnt everything and Saban has the best conference in college football right npow...he isnt gonna be happy traveling to crap places like Lubbock or Waco...and a ten gallon hat wouldnt look good on him.

LOL @ all of these Alabama fans in here acting like Saban gives any sort of shite about loyalty. This is how it starts. "What? No way would he take that job, he loves it here", so on and so forth. ANY sort of trouble comes his way or the kind of money Texas has been rumored to throw at him, you better start getting ready to kiss his arse good bye. The last time Alabama gave up 40+ points was 2003, you don't think that'll be on his mind? He's a perfectionist and when the ship starts sinking, Ol' Saban is the first one jumping off.

Mrs Terry loves Tuscaloosa. That is all that matters.

The "ship is sinking" We just beat the 6th ranked team on their home turf. We have another top 5 recruiting class coming in. The ship is far from sinking.

She loved Baton Rouge. We thought that was our ace in the hole, too.
