Dyer will get good numbers next year since the offense will shift back to what it looked like in 09 more than 10. We will have more of a running back oriented run offense next year with Dyer getting around 20 carries a game and McCalleb getting around 10 a game.

Dyer will hit a big number next year and if the line can gel early and stay healthy he will do well. You have to remember that while we have some tough games, we also have some comically stupid games.

So basically, you're "hyping" Dyer? You are going off assumptions, not facts, that sounds like hype...

Umm. Dyer ended the season with 1100 yards and was slowly turned into a feature back as the season progressed. That isn't hype, that is fact. Richardson is awesome because of how much weight he can lift and the fact that he hasn't had to prove that he can do it on the field. For two years, 90% of Bama fans have said that Richardson was better than Ingram, now it is time for him to prove it. But as of now, 700 yards a season is an above average back up running back, not this hype machine that should all of a sudden be thrusted into Heisman talks.

You are assuming Auburn will shift the offense to feature him, you are assuming the offensive line will gel, you are assuming Dyer will get 1400 yards, you are assuming a lot.

Nothing of what you said is fact, you are hyping him. It's makes you no better than the people you are attempting to bash...

Ok. You just just lost what ever arguement you might have had with that statement right there.

Teams keying on Cam and the O-line had a lot to do with Dyer and McCalleb's yards, IMHO. All a good RB needs is a step and the Cam threat was, certainly, worth a step or two.

Most of Dyer's yards were between the tackles, OM's were the result of run option that Auburn runs. Nodody was keying on Cam when Dyer got most of his yards.

So? There are a lot of factors that led him to gain those yards, factors which will not be there in 2011.

U R dumb. Furthermore, he got most of his carries/yards in the second half when the defense was worn down from Cam.

So you are saying that this hasn't been beaten to death for the past two years? You are a liar then. Every time I have logged onto any site that has Bama fans involved, they have always assured me that Richardson was better.

I'm not saying Dyer is the best back in the SEC. I think that title belongs to Lattimore followed by Davis. As it stands now I would have Dyer third and TR fourth.

Why was Bo Jackson so hyped when he was with the Raiders? He never rushed for 1000 yards. He rushed for more than 700 yards only once. His career high in rushing TDs is five. He never finished top 10 in the NFL in rushing yards or TDs. What made him so great?

It is a big if, but very doable. While we aren't returning but 1 starter, our backups are there and will be the ones stepping up. Offensive line has been my biggest concern since 2009, Tubs left us in very bad shape on the line and our big line recruiting class last year had the rug pulled out from under it. Gayden left and Coleman wasn't able to make it.

The class that was supposed to be our buffer next year just isn't there so there will have to be people step up, but we have good coaches and good talent there.

No. Those were Auburn and LSU fans claiming Richardson was better as a way to discredit Ingram's Heisman. "He wasn't even the best HB on his team."

You do not understand that offense. On those wide sweeps the QB uses the handoff option based on reads. In Dyers case those were mostly strainght handoffs. Get a clue you DA.
