Seriously, we have alot of talent and depth on the Dline. We also have alot of talent on the Oline, but we do not have much depth or experience.

curious, george

If you base it on the previous year's numbers I assume you mean on the numbers that are returning?

If so then there is no way bama has the #1 DL. The returning numbers on the DL (except for allen) are not that impressive. Not much production for the backups.

Absofrickinglutely.

And after Steele gets his hands on that DL they will be in the bottom half of the SEC.

LSU's OL is not number 1, probably not even top 3. They lost their best 2 OLs which happened to be both tackles. That OL really benefited by playing against some of the absolute worst rushing defenses in the country. In fact, they played the 2 worst rushing defenses in all of the NCAA.

Judging by by how poorly the vols and auby did VS the run last year LSU is without a doubt better than them along the Dline.

It must come as an absolute shock to you that LSU's returning production along the Dline totally blows bama's out the water.

I think the two best Dlines in the SEC are the hawgs and LSU.

It's all true. Don't make list all those pitiful rushing defenses.

Tigers lost two of top three Olinemen not, top two.

I agree though. They aren't top Oline. Don't know enough about the others to venture a guess as to who might be.

Any Oline returns all five or even four starters?

And you would be a huge Homer.

Bama has more elite talent and depth at dline than LSU.

L5U got steamrolled by Bama, Ark and OM which were the only 3 good offenses faced all year.

L5U is not ahead of Bama on dline, heck there not a position group on D that L5u is better than Bama. The only spot on the entire team is RB that L5u is in a much better position than Bama heading into the season. And Bama will be more than capable at RB.

But Arnada. Blah blah, SSDS same blatant over the top Homer hype that L5u fans had for CamC. He was gonna make the QBs the next Tom Brady's and the offense all world juggernauts. This year it's Arnada to the rescue.

6 in a row is coming. Brah

You gumps are a fricking joke. Clowns, claiming titles and shite before you play a down.

We're the best, deepest, blah blah blah.

Take a long look in the trailer's full length mirror dumbasses and get ready, because disappointment is coming for you motherfrickers.

Won't argue with our OL ranking as that unit could definitely be our worst.

I find it very hard to believe there are 5 DLs better than ours, though.

LSU's Dline returns three starters and all the backups from last year. Top that off with one of if not the best haul of recruits in the SEC. The fourth returning starter from the Dline is now a starting OLB in LSU's new 3-4 base "D".

Tigers returning Dline accounted for 174 tackles - 16 sacks and 24.5 TFLs. Key and Bower, both former DEs are now OLBs and their numbers aren't included here.

Now how bout you tell us all about that elite and deep bama Dline. Don't forget to mention that two of top four reserves had a COMBINED total of TWO tackles for their 15 game season.

I would also rate the tigers secondary as BEST in the SEC.

In case you were wondering LSU also returns MORE tackles at the LB position.

Great, Bama will get to abuse those same weak players again this year.

Just because you return a bunch of players doesn't mean that they are better than a team that doesn't return as many starters.

Vandy returns all of their defense does that mean they're better than LSU.

Even better, now players in are position they've never played and in a new scheme. Growing pains will be obvious when watching Bam man handle them again.

Bama has better players returning, recruited better players this past year and the 5+ previous years.

Again, just because you return a lot of players doesn't automatically mean that you will be better than a team who isn't returning as many, especially a team that embarrassed and beat you down.
