You are going by recruiting rankings, the op said thats the wrong way to go about this thread

UT has a great pass protection O-line, but run blocking has been horrible. You guys need a new running game coordinator.

Jimbo is a hell of a recruiter. I've met him a few times and I can see why players and parents would want to play for him.
Muschamp has an uphill battle because Urban left the cupboard bare by UF standards.

So f$u is the "it" school now because they can recruit? lol, newsflash, they have always been able to recruit. How can they be the "it" school if they can't even sell out their shitty stadium or win the shitty ACC?
F$U is the "it" school thanks for the laugh though

Hard to judge accurately, since most will focus "talent" based on what's coming in(recruiting rankings) instead what's going out(NFL draft). Truth lies somewhere in the middle, IMO... Here's some data from the other end.
NFL draftees last 3 years:
Alabama - 20
Georgia - 18
LSU - 17
Florida - 15
South Carolina - 10
Miss State - 9
Tennessee - 9
Arkansas - 8
Auburn - 7
Ole Miss - 6
Kentucky - 6
Texas A&M - 6
Vanderbilt - 5
Mizzou - 5

UF is just coming out of Meyerbation so talent level is far below what they normally have.
Au is much higher than listed, tons of talent on the team that should start showing potential this year now they are old enough to compete and have some experience.
A&M way too high.
I agree Arky is at a good spot, overall they have a lot of talent that gets overlooked badly.

Frick I'm dizzy. One day this site says we have tons of talent and the next day we have mid-level talent.
I think the issue is on the offensive side of the ball. With the switch to the pro-set, 3 OCs in three years and lack of RBs and WRs we are climbing uphill for now.
However, if we show some improvement on O under Pease then we have playing time out the wazzoo to offer. The only thing we don't have is FAMU girls and we can afford to import those if we need to do so.

Post a list. I think Auburn fans pay attention to recruiting rankings way too much. I didn't see any talented players on Auburn's team outside the DL.
Then you need to list the teams with the most returning starters. For the most part nobody knows what the talent level of the backups.

Every time I see one of your posts I think you're WG
Read "Pease @ OC" and got really confused

Florida should be 3rd IMO. They have talented players everywhere, their results are just not indicative of it

LSU and Bama can be ahead of the pack, UGA is not.

I hope that you don't think arky has more talent that what he listed you as. In fact, Auburn has much more overall talent than arky, and that is a fact. You guys just cant seem to understand that having a pass happy offense makes you look good for numbers and get awards...but you need a defense and depth to win championships. Seriously, not trying to flame, but what the hell good does that "great offense" do for you when you play a top quality team and can't stop them....and can't sustain drives?
