I think you will have steady improvement with Butch. The problem is SCar and UGA are at a high level, Muschamp may have solved the OC problem, Missouri and Vandy are good clubs, and you have Saban for next three years. That's a big hill.

No way tennessee wins more than 4 games next season. No qb, oline, or dline. something that gets overlooked is how bad UT's d was bad last year. and they still have Thigpen as a "coach"

I'm operating under the assumption there is nothing Butch can do to get fired in this period of time. Don't want to be speculating about coaching changes.

Took Johnny Majors a lot longer than two. Programs are different and the mess we've been in vastly different than most cases.
