No, I used a previous QB to point out how ONE statistical category doesn't paint the whole picture. Not sure how it's even possible to have missed that.

If Harris played in the East, he'd look like Case Keenum. fricking Hutson Mason comparisons.

He's a great comp for Harris. Mason's career rushing total? -5 yards. Like a carbon copy.

Are you going to downplay every statistic that shows Harris is actually pretty good? He is rated highly on ESPN's Total QBR as well (Top 20 in country).

Face it, he's been really good.

I'm impressed with Harris' development this year. LSU also has explosive wide receivers. They aren't as one-dimensional as a lot of people on here and in the media have made them out to be.

When Alabama plays LSU, Coker better have one of his best (or at least most efficient) games of the season or Alabama will lose.

This is the nonsense to which most people are responding re: BH. He's developing into a good college QB. He's not throwing "40 yard handoffs" and he's not a "first round talent."

No, but dude, calm down. People know about PFF by this point, no one is saying it's divinely inspired analysis. Just one purportedly unbiased piece of analysis.

quote:

They also have Jalen Hurd as the 10th best RB in America this season. Would you agree with that?

Are you saying that's high or low? There are a lot of good RBs in CFB right now.

What was Mason's QBR last year?

You LSU fans sure are a weird group of people. This is twice now that I'm simply providing an opposing viewpoint and being told to "calm down". I truly wonder how some of yall function in day to day activities in the real world.

Are you serious? He was having to hit his guys in the numbers. He was picking on vh3.

You can't be serious. Hargreaves would have picked off several if he wasn't making PERFECT passes.

The stats say he is one of the best QBs in the league. The stats do not lie. He has played extremely well all season. He has 0 INT in those 6 games, you forgot to mention.

The stats say that other than Florida, he's faced a bunch of mediocre to piss poor defenses. That's what the stats say.

I agree with your points and would counter with Harris is playing his best football right now. Perfect timing.

I don't think you understand what the claim "first round talent" is. He was regarded as a potential NFL talent coming out of high school. If he completely shite the bed, fine, but he hasn't. In fact, he's played quite well so far in his first legitimate year starting.

So it doesn't mean that he'll be drafted in the first round?

then you might need to email whoever updates the official SEC Sports website because they have him 7th. Surely they have made some sort of mistake.

Other people don't watch the game like we do. He was throwing darts all night. That back pylon TD to Dupre was a thing of beauty.

Last week the narrative was "let's wait and see how Yall preform against a real defense (UF)

This week the narrative is downplaying Harris lighting them up
