This is going to be an interesting Nov/Dec/Jan in that aspect. The OM players getting to transfer and play right away. How many will stay home and play for State?

This past weekend had to scare the bejeezus out of some Oxford businesses.

There's a Shipley's Donuts close to campus. You usually have to get there at sun-up on gamedays, and then wait in line for 20 minutes. Nobody there Saturday at 8 am. The gas stations on Lamar, headed towards the square, weren't even open 4 hours before gametime. Every place outside the grove was like a funeral home

The ncaa isn't going to have a 4 year investigation, all while being lied to by ole miss, and uncovered new shite they did wrong, just to let them slide with self imposed penalties. The ncaa will give them another year bowl ban and loss of alot more schollys. Book it.

I am going to start an internet campaign on how the "man"(ncaa) is hurting young black men and their families in deep South Mississippi. People of color in the south can't catch a break because white men in suits keep them poor and taking away their opportunities. Shame.

You know damn well it will work if I can get some legs on it. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Well please point it out dirtbag. I just went back through the NCAA to the response to the NOA by Ole Miss and could not find a definitive spot where the NCAA said they had the texts/emails from Farrar and only needed LL to coraborate it. Are you talking about the original NOA or the their response to Ole Miss?

You really think many, if any, will go that route?

I would hope zero - and I would be pissed if we took them.

You'd be pissed if your program took a 5 star quarterback, 5 star left tackle or multiple 5 star receivers?

Well you sir, are a moron.

Sometimes it's obvious that a fan has flown too close to the sun, isn't it?

For the record: MSU better have the #s for every WR on OMs roster already programmed into burner phones

Page 52 of the NCAA reply, under allegation number 9b (presumably related to Leo Lewis, names are redacted, but it does mention Rebel Rags), it says:

quote:

Between March 28, 2014, and January 25, 2015, Farrar exchanged 61 phone calls with Warren and ****, 19 of which occurred when **** was visiting the institution. Text message information gathered during the investigation also shows Farrar communicating with football student-athletes about going to Rebel Rags.

Previously, on page 50, same allegation:

quote:

On April 2016, the enforcement staff football development group received information that institutional representatives provided significant impermissible recruiting inducements to ****. On July 28, 2016, the enforcement staff requested limited immunity on **** behalf, which was granted August 1, 2016. On August 10, 2016, the enforcement staff's investigative team initially interviewed **** and later interviewed him again concerning this case November 18 and December 13, 2016.

So the NCAA seemed to have texts and phone calls, and they seemed to give someone limited immunity and interviewed him about said texts and phone calls.

Pretty definitive if you ask me LINK

I wanted AJ real bad back then. Not now. Doubt we would get Sean regardless. Greg Little ?? would probably go back to Texas. Metcalf is a legacy player. He won't leave regardless of what happens.

It would have had a much better chance of succeeding if your program hadn't colluded with a local business to sue several of these young black men and their families.

Gonna be really hard to paint you as their champion when you're trying to take away their money.

I won't be an old miss fan. I will be a BLM member from Chicago. It's not about saving ole miss. It's about not making it worse for POC.:^)

Well, in that case, not stupid. Sorry for that.

I thought you were implying that no one on the Ole Miss team was good enough to play at State. My bad.

you did not recruit defensive depth when you were cheating

Ole Miss clearly only cheated when recruiting QBs, WRs, and LTs.
