Didn't Clemson go through the same thing this summer. Some group came demanding a removal of anything faith-based associated with Dabo and the football program. After they interviewed several players and none of them said they were forced to do anything the university gave them a big "frick You!

They have no involvement with the program and are damaged in no way so they have no grounds for suit.

Not sure they're worse than PETA - hell even serious animal lovers and those against animal cruelty despise PETA. PETA, however, is absolutely brilliant when it comes to PR - they put out these extreme ads and videos (shock videos) knowing they're so extreme the press will report on it and rake in the dough because there's always some fool out there with a good heart but no brain to take advantage of. I mean who the hell doesn't think we shouldn't be cruel to animals? Sounds like a great cause. But PETA is just a lobbying group that does nothing to actually help animals and certainly doesn't push intelligent laws (just stupid ones) but they know their shock videos will get people to donate. So fricking manipulative. I can't stand groups like PETA. GRRRR.

In the unlikely event that OM is actually violating the law then they're doing the right thing. In the more likely event that OM is running their program the same way others are they get press which translates to dollars.
So really it's a win-win for them and just a headache for OM.
