I have neighbors that happen to be white, black, and some Latino. I don't know their names or what they do, but everyone on my road does their own thing and isn't a shite bag. It's wonderful....

No real marketing that I saw local to compete with Samford or UAB.
Surrounding neighborhood is beyond saving...which I think those in an official position are afraid to say this, but Birmingham is a failing city....
