The question was when was the last time Florida left the state to play a regular season OOC game.

The answer is 1991.

- Memphis is ranked 22nd in the nation. Can Florida claim they play a ranked OOC opponent?
- This is a regional game in a recruiting area that feeds Ole Miss so it makes sense to play the game. Unfortunately, Memphis will see this as their Super Bowl (ie. the chants during the Cincy game)

ole miss fans really need to stop defending this game as if they went out of their way to schedule a quality ooc opponent and that they need exposure in memphis. they play this game every year because it's a rivalry and to appease their biggest out of state alumni base. they get plenty of exposure in memphis with or without playing a game memphis.

We're rivals with Memphis if y'all are rivals with Tulane.

Y'all used to rotate between playing Memphis in Oxford and Jackson before that. You didn't play Memphis in Memphis most years since the 70s

you're missing out on some good skrip clubs. These hoes don't care about laws. Gold Club is where all the local drug dealers and rappers go. My buddy saw Yo Gotti there with Lebron one night when the Cavs played Memphis. Swear to god.

lot of new legislation has happened since the days when memphis had those strip club. most of them were shut down in a big prostitution and drug ring bust (platinum plus and christy's). recently, iirc, they outlawed bottomless strip clubs and they have to wear pasties.

i mean it's obviously a one-sided rivalry and a rivalry LSU fans haven't really cared about (in football at least, baseball is another story) in a long time, but it's still a rivalry nonetheless.

The only way I'm touching them is if they're cold and served on fine china. I'm not an animal

the only reason the two schools stopped playing one another was because of John Calipari. he refused to play OM in basketball so the football agreement got called off by OM.

it's good scheduling for OM. they get what will amount to a neutral field game in one of their primary recruiting markets.

pretty sad when I have to defend OM.
