Out of 85 scholarship athletes on the Alabama football team, 80 of them were a 4 or 5 star out of high school.

With this ungodly amount of talent, he should never lose a game.

He is not Sir Alex Ferguson who can take above average talent and win the league 15 times. He is not John Wooden, who could take the best talent and win 10 national championships.

Nick Saban is an above average coach, at best, who has learned how to surround himself with the best recruiters money can buy. Trade any coach in the SEC for the past 10 years at Bama and they would have a similar record.

That statement alone makes him special.

He's had one undefeated season in his career, 2009 at BAMA.

He really should have at least 2 more crystal footballs at BAMA, but we'll keep him anyway.

Yea Les Miles was more like this dip shite......you can win playing the game one way for a long time but if you don't change with the times even the people that knighted you will boot your arse to the curb.

Let me guess....you want me to believe that Saban had 0 to do with getting this talent and then developing it?

Here is Nick Saban's 2008 starting lineup

Offense
LT - Andre Smith (5 star)
LG - Mike Johnson (3 star)
C - Antoine Caldwell (3 star)
RG - Marlon Davis (3 star)
RT - Drew Davis (2 star)
TE - Nick Walker (3 star)
WR - Mike McCoy (4 star)
WR - Julio Jones (5 star) (freshman)
QB - JP Wilson (3 star) (greyshirt)
RB - Glen Coffee (3 star)

Defense
DE - Bobby Greenwood (3 star)
NT - Terrence Cody (3 star)
DE - Brandon Deaderick (3 star)
OLB - Corey Reamer (3 star)
ILB - Rolando McClain (4 star)
OLB - Donta Hightower (3/4 star) (freshman)
CB - Javier Arenas (2 star)
CB - Kareem Jackson (3 star)
FS - Rashad Johnson (walk on)
SS - Justin Woodall (4 star)

That team went 12-0 in the regular season and lost to one of the 10 best teams of the last 50 years in the SECCG before losing to Utah in the Sugar Bowl.

Would you like me to post 2009 too? A walk on from San Antonio had a sack fumble to save the season. Saban went 26-2 in 2008-2009 (24-0 in the regular season) with Mike Shula recruits + his first 2 classes as freshmen and sophomores.

Vols turned the ball over seven times and still took y'all to two overtimes in your own backyard. Aggie is gonna get smashed on Saturday.

If he is nothing special why doesn't Aggie have 80 4 and 5*'s?
