No, we'd try our best to fan the flames like you're doing...

We ...like you played or even better attended the barn, that's funny

What if the charges are dropped and then he joins the team? What if the charges aren't dropped and LSU doesn't allow him to transfer?

Anybody playing football or basketball at a P5 school is pretty high profile, yes

Well that doesn't change the fact that he was accused, does it? The Rant will probably just assume the victim was payed off to drop the charges.

Then LSU will be doing the right thing.
But it will still look bad that you took his commitment to begin with.

No, it wont. Some random people on the internet like usual will make a deal of out it for a day or two, then everyone will forget about it days later.

ah so the whole innocent until proven guilty is lost on you.

I don't think LSU is going to play off the victim.

I won't. I'll never forget. But unlike some people I don't tolerate sexual crimes or violence against women (looking at you fans of LSU, Bama, Penn State, and Baylor)

Good, you hold it to your heart LSU took a verbal commitment from a guy who wasn't even charged with anything. I'm sure that'll get you places. Gotta hold onto the big time news, of course, no reason to hate on Oregon who actually played the guy for an entire season I suppose, dont see any talk about them coming from you
Man, you know it's a slow day when someone is seething over another team potentially taking a commit from a guy under investigation but never charged with anything despite the former school playing him an entire season

Point being, you started this thread as an opportunity to flame LSU, not out of any real concern.
You're a little bitch.

What makes you think they knew anything? For all we know the victim didn't even go to the police until after the season.
All we know for sure is that Kavell raped a helpless girl in September, and that he was under investigation when LSU accepted his commitment and LSU for sure knee about the rape.

I'm kind of surprised it took this long for this to hit the SECr. This story was released over 24 hours ago.

Oh so we're back to everyone just found out about this from an Oregon newspaper releasing this groundbreaking news the day after he announces he's leaving from there I see
Not sure I can bold the obvious hilarity any more here

Well I don't see anybody associated with LSU coming out and saying this kid lied about verbally committing to LSU.
Generally you don't commit to a school unless the coaches have given you the go ahead (aka accept the commitment).

Thanks, I guess I stand corrected. Looks like Oregon is riding with LSU on the POS canoe
