Not really the same. Quarterbacks can have inflated stats in certain systems. I suppose running backs can too, but if Gerhart was as dominant and awesome as everone seemed to think, he would have been drafted higher.

I'm not sure about stats, but just about everyone one that team was awesome. Ken Dorsey may have been the worst player.

Since others are throwing out their own guys, I'll nominate Jamal Lewis, Travis Henry, and Travis Stephens of the 1998 Vols.
