Yeah I guess Texarkana is that way. That's the only "border" city in the state that has a state line running through it. I think it's pretty neat the Texas High and the Ark High have a rivalry. Kinda weird to think they are the original Razorbacks. There are some LSU fans in South Ark too.

Only town in Arkansas that's probably not 90+ percent Hogs is maybe Jonesboro. But really just about any native Arkansas roots for the Hogs if they are someone who follows sports.
True.
I'd probably throw in that there's a smattering of OU fans on the western border, primarily around Siloam Springs. The Delta (where I'm from) has a good deal of Ole Miss alumni and Mississippi State mixed in because of proximity.
Outside of Fayetteville, Northwest Arkansas is an oddity because there are a lot of transplants in the Bentonville/Rogers area because of Walmart and its vendor community, and that number seems to be growing. I'm literally one of like four native Arkansans in my office.

Really cool. I'd love to go to one of those games

I would say Metro ATL at the moment goes:
1. UGA
2. Auburn
3. Bama
4. Tech
To be such a great school in a large city with some recent success in multiple sports Tech really amazes me with their small fan base.

To the people that said that DFW doesn't have a big a&m presence, I say to you: Not sure if serious.

I'd say Columbia is about 60/40 USCe. Most Clemson fans live in Columbia, and come down for jobs. Spartenburg and Greeville is mostly Clemson fans, except Rock Hill, which is either UNC/Duke (whoevers winning). Myrtle Beach down through Hilton Head is mainly USC, with a smattering of Clemson and UGA fans.

San Antonio: VERY Texas heavy area due to the Hispanic t-shirt fans
Lot more Ags down there than you'd think thanks to the heavy military presence, though.

Chicago -Bears, ND, Blackhawks
ND is not above any pro Chicago team.
It's Bears, Bulls, Cubs, Sox, Blackhawks and generally doesn't give a damn about college sports. There are more Packers fans than ND fans there.
But as far as college goes (way down the line), it's Illinois, ND, Ohio State, Northwestern in Chicago IMO.

I agree jax is a UF town but one thing I have noticed is you will not see people wearing their UF gear right now. If not for stickers on cars you'd probably think it was an FSU town, not even close.

DFW varies a great deal based on where you are in the area.
Kinda. I noticed a ton more OU and Arkansas fans in Arlington, but where I live 20 minutes outside of Fort Worth it is more OU and TCU people than anything. UT has plenty of fans here, but are hardly the number one fanbase, and as RogerKlarvin said, there are barely any A&M fans in the area.

I've barely seen any Ohio State fans and I've lived here for 18 years.. And yeah pro sports rule but I'd say Notre Dame is wayyy in front of Illinois. Especially in the north shore.

Just in my experience.

It is surprising how many New Orleanians go to Bama. DKE fraternity is almost all Mobile & New Orleans dudes.
