The other team's pep ban should just start playing the team's fight song on repeat from the stands while LSU's is on the field playing. LSU fans will boo, and it will become an awesome clusterfrick.

Yeah, I haven't seen the golden band play at many away games at halftime so I am ok with this.

I have been to every Auburn/LSU game in Auburn for the last 30 years and the LSU band has always marched at halftime.

Hopefully not anymore though. And I know you seem to be OK with that, so at least you're not a hypocrite.

Especially with all of their fans leaving at the same time. I love this decision.

Well, you guys can now legitimately claim something that is true about TS.

Death Valley...where opponents' marching bands dreams come to die.

let's go one further and put visiting fans in the tip top of the upper decks

this is what is done to lsu fans when they visit other teams

LSU already does that.

there's always a very large section in the lower bowl, south end zone full of visiting fans.

move them all to the nosebleeds

All other stadiums give LSU a decent section in the lower bowl. EVERY stadium.

This is a problem? I would think the upper deck is the best place to launch the piss balloons.

We are accommodating LSU fans.

Yes. You obviously don't go to away games.

More like the Pat Boone of marching bands. If I want to see a military band, I'll go watch a real one.

sends the full band to one away game each season. That won't change. Lol poor.

Most programs only send their full band to one or two games a year. LSU has always sent a pep band to every game, with very, very few exceptions.

Not that it makes any difference but we stopped going to LSU when the game was in Baton Rouge. Upper, upper deck was just too much for an old guy.

Was my favorite away game and really enjoyed the world's fair atmosphere. Used to tell my friends it was not tailgating, something more you just had to see to understand.

Bodiford said he can’t justify the $120,000 expense of bus rental, hotel accommodations and meals for the trip if the band is not allowed to perform at halftime.

I am pretty sure it isn't justified even if they do play.
