If he attends, and there is conflicting info as to whether or not he has to, he can't be questioned at all by representatives of OM. I highly doubt the COI is going to ask him questions about State during a hearing regarding OM.

Which of his three different stories do you think he'll tell?

Probably the same rough details he has already given, if he's asked to speak at all.

I imagine the hearing will be centered on the evidence that drew them to Lewis in the first place, rather than the interviews conducted to bolster their existing case.

I took it to mean they could review it and make corrections like a deposition transcript, but yeah it isn't really clear how far they can go.

I think what he is saying is if the NCAA digs and hammers MSU no kid will ever take an immunity deal again in the future.

Which, if you see the link I posted, isn't good for OM at all. If he didn't get them from the NCAA then someone in the OM AD broke yet another NCAA rule.

This is not an OM source. Are you just saying shite, or do you actually believe a story with all that detail is either made up or ran based on rumor and not actual proof like NCAA transcripts and a voicemail?

In the end, your school is getting AT LEAST a 2 year bowl ban, 30 lost scholarships, millions of lost dollars, about 8 to 10 crap recruiting classes, a joke of a head coach who's in over his head, 2 coordinators who have never been coordinators, a mass exodus of players, and about a decade of irrelevance.

MSU won't lose so much as a visit.

Have fun with that.

it's either one or two things
A) he doesn't have transcripts and is creating a story based on what he's "heard"
B) Ole Miss broke another NCAA rule an released the transcripts to him, which are supposed to remain confidential

you pick. Sounds like you're leaning towards option B. Option B is not good for Ole Miss. Option A just means your journalists continue to print misinformation

Some of you guys are dumb as frick. Ole Miss fans have bought into it but they have fell for all of the propaganda fed to them. Doesn't mean you guys have to be stupid too. State won't be at the hearing in a few weeks, it is all Ole Miss.

Do you have a link to the transcripts or the voicemail? Why and how does Godfrey?

The article clearly states that the investigation into Leo Lewis was opened and closed by the NCAA and found no credible evidence to support the claim. Did you not read it or what?

So Ole Miss paid him but he decided to go to Miss St instead why???

So I am confused at first OM said Leo was a liar? Now is he telling the truth or lying? If he is telling the truth then I guess Ole Miss is screwed for sure....State on the other hand will have one infraction of 10,000$ about the same as the used car issue with will redmond.. Leo has immunity so he won't be suspended and state well They will get a nice big slap on the wrist just like they did with Redmond. Either way this is terrible news for OM if they are now stating Lewis is telling the truth...

This shite has already been looked at. You guys are the only ones on trial slick. It is propaganda intended to slander the folks you blame for the Lewis deal. Don't be gullible. Ole Miss will be punished not MSU.

NCAA is pissed about how the Miami investigation went down. They want to use Ole Miss as an example to show they still have power. They don't care how they get it, they want Ole Miss to be hit with a 2 year bowl ban. I honestly hate all of this for Lewis. It is pretty clear he has become a victim in all of this. I don't think Lewis ever thought it would evolve into this. The person that pushed Lewis into the middle of this investigation should have his name out. I think Lewis will probably be an example to not talk to the NCAA.

Furthermore, the transcripts are from the "Ole miss response " yet you claim it isn't an Ole Miss source. You dumb bro.

He was privately committed to state and OM paid him. Why would he go there? It's not like he was obligated to sign just because they paid him cash.
