They have nothing on rebel rags and the free unofficial visits. Lewis couldn't even tell them who he went to them with. Lewis then tells the NCAA State paid him straight up and the NCAA didn't find it credible. NCAA spend seven years investigating Ole Miss and finished States investigation in two weeks.

1) They have photos of recruits with OM gear and a RR business card with a handwritten name and number of who to call at RR. Not as compelling as the messages about Lewis, but still more than nothing.

2) Neither you nor I know where the NCAA stands with State. You're relying on the word of the same people that told you the OM violations were mostly non-football and almost all on Nutt's staff. Further, the status of any NCAA investigation about Lewis and State isn't relevant to the OM investigation. If you rob a 7-11 and tomorrow I rob the same 7-11, asking why I haven't been arrested yet doesn't help your case at all.

3) The RR allegations aren't nearly as damning as the Leo Lewis stuff. If it was just RR, your self imposed penalties would be plenty sufficient.

I really suggest you quit relying on OM writers and instead read the NOA, OM reply, and the NCAA rebuttal. It will give you a much clearer picture of where everything stands.

Leo Lewis is a red herring and a last ditch attempt by Ole Miss to bring us down with them.

Bwahaaa. Can't have it both ways, Neck. Either he lied about getting money from OM and State or he told the truth. He can't be believed about one and not the other. You guys are so screwed.

So I am confused at first OM said Leo was a liar? Now is he telling the truth or lying? If he is telling the truth then I guess Ole Miss is screwed for sure....State on the other hand will have one infraction of 10,000$ about the same as the used car issue with will redmond.. Leo has immunity so he won't be suspended and state well They will get a nice big slap on the wrist just like they did with Redmond. Either way this is terrible news for OM if they are now stating Lewis is telling the truth...

So, funny thing about this. Ole miss (the school, not the fans or fan sites) actually believe it to be true enough that a coach was fired over it a a booster disassociated. I am not sure how much more is needed to prove that SA39 is credible. The school has already acted in a manner that shows they believe it.
