It wasn't Bama's Defense against either team, it was their Offense. Bama out gained both of them by 100 yards. Wouldn't put the game away against AU, turned the ball over 5 times vs. OU, including a fumble for a TD to end the game. Poor leadership and weren't mentally prepared for either game.

Knight beat us with his arm-very accurate passing. Not really the same wawy Auburn beat us.

They were running the exact same plays as Auburn. They were able to connect with the passing game, but that is why AU is looking forward to better passing Nick Marshall.

except for Oklahoma passed the ball 44 times, and rushed for 80 yards at 2.7 yards a pop. Still not seeing how it was the same gameplan that Auburn used to beat us.

It's hard for a team to get motivated for a silly bowl when your main goal was Championship or bust.

This seems to be the running theme when Bama loses games.

more like Bama prepared for suck arse Blake Bell and had no idea what to do once a QB who could throw well out of a spread was inserted.

lol at saying they weren't motivated enough as some kind of bullshite excuse for them getting bum rushed.

Watch the highlights, same formations. The fear of the run opened up OUs passing game.

A team like AU or LSU would get pissed and stomp a mudhole in OU. Team Like bama just quits though.

They should have suited up that woman in the stands, she had plenty of fight in her!

I guess, but at 2.7 yards a rush, what was there to fear? Knight was just money almost every throw, simple as that.

Bama sold out to stop the run, because they were not going to give up 300 yrds rushing again. That is why a QB that had not done much all year, passed for over 300 yards.

Anybody with half an arm was money against Alabama's secondary last year.

right, had nothing to do with pinpoint precision passes in tight coverage.

Most teams/individuals would be motivated to show that they were a good. Auburn took Bamas manhood. N

I would think and some have said that Bama will be motivated this season.

Again, look at the highlights. This is a QB that was average at best until he faced the Alabama Secondary. OUs receivers were as open as AUs receivers against bama's secondary, the difference was that Knight completed his passes.

OH JUST SHUT THE EVER LOVING **** UP ALREADY.

OU beat us. Who gives a crap what would have happened if the game was played 6 weeks earlier, or on the Moon?

Take it to the bloody speculative fiction sites. We got beat by an OU team that wanted it more, and had the weapons to take it from us. No excuses.

At this stage, I'm pretty sure you're not a Bama fan. So hush.

It really is astonishing how some Bama fans are actually incapable of just saying the other team won.

FIFY.

I'm loathe to deal with this guy, but if you think this is a unique trait among Alabama fans, you must be REALLY new to the internet.
