Here is the new NCAA penalty structure, keep in mind that Ole Miss has been charged with 15 level 1 violations.

Nature of Punishment: aggravating circumstances / standard / mitigating
Bowl Ban: 2-4 year / 1-2 year / 0-1 year
Fine(% based on total football budget): $5k + 3-5% /$5k + 1-3% / $5k + 0-1%
Scholarship Reduction: 25-50% / 12.5-25% / 0-12.5%
Show-Cause : 5-10 years / 2-5 years / 1-2 years
Head Coach Restrictions (suspension per season) : 50-100% / 30-50% / 0-30%
Recruiting Restrictions : 25-50% (14-26 week ban on all recruiting communications/visits) / 12.5-25% / 0-12.5%
Probation : 6-10 years / 2-6 years / 0-2 years
NCAA penalty matrix

The NCAA is going to have carte blanche in punishing Ole Miss. Even in the event that Ole Miss somehow gets 95% of their violations overturned, they could still end up getting a 4-year bowl ban, $5m fine (in addition to all the lost bowl revenue), 12 lost scholarships per year, a 10-year show cause for Freeze and Bjork, and 10-years probation.

Personally, I don't think the penalties will be as severe as the maximum amount allowed, which is essentially a full-on death penalty.

4 scholarships per year, which would be minimal given the charges, is basically a death sentence in the SEC anyway.
