Eason will be the SEC's Ryan Leaf....

I hope not.

He was a beast in College.

I hope he's the next Connor Mitch

This will make for a very solid bump after the end of the season. Bookmarked.

Should be interesting come December. If Eason can't win big with all the weapons around him ... I dunno what the excuses will be but I'm sure there could be one or two.

In the meantime Bentley should do well if he can stay healthy - and that's not a given by a longshot. He took way too many hard hits in a short season last year.

I feel like this being unbiased. Eason may be taken in the first round based on the fact that the kid has an absolute howitzer of an arm. However Bentley has a hell of an arm too, plus between the two of them, Bentley is much further along as an actual QB. And Jake is MUCH more mobile than Eason... that kid is an absolute statue.

And as for staying healthy, I hope he does, although not a given based on how crappy the line was last year, but if he doesn't I still say that Michael Scarneccia would be a very good backup and could start at quite a few schools. Kid has a good arm and is smart.

That old arse TE is a stud. He's like a more polished Nauta. Eason had to rely on a JC receiver and a very inconsistent Riley Ridley. The OL was a mess. We expect huge improvements with both units...

Bentley plays like a senior. He played with no pressure for the last 2nd half of the season though. I'm anxious to see how he handles the expectations going into year 2.
