He's not the only non Auburn fan I've seen on here say it... 22-5 in two seasons as the head coach and has beat out saban for a number of recruits offensively and defensively I'd say he's worth a shite.

This is true. If Saban leaves on his own free will, contract is terminated and no payout. If he is fired, Bama would be on hook for remainder of his contract.

It's not the head-coaches job to recruit, or to win football games.
It's all about defensive statistics. Who cares about finishing 4th in your conference division? As long as you put a top 10 defense out there, you're considered the best in the land.

AU wouldn't have to pay a buyout if Chizik were found to be involved in or even aware of wrongdoing (breaking of NCAA bylaws). Also, I have no idea how a contract could be arrogant. It's probably best if the original poster just doesn't start threads.
