Koetter had hardly anything to work with in Jacksonville. Rookie QB & receivers that had been cut from practice squads of other teams. No OC had less talent than DK. MJD and that was it....

Brian Schottenheimer is a disaster. Dirk Koetter has proven himself has a capable offensive coach and would be a far better choice....
